Your spot in a class, camp, or event is not reserved until you have completed the registration and paid in full unless a payment plan has been agreed to in advance.

We must meet minimum enrollment 3 days prior to the first day of the workshop, class or event. If we are unable to meet enrollment we will contact you to let you know and fully refund your registration fee.

Hartford Stitch may cancel a class at any time. Should we do so you would be issued a full refund.

Registrations for camps are fully refundable up to 4 weeks before the first day of camp. Within 4 weeks there is no refund or class to class transfers unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist.  Any student requested refund prior to the cancellation date is subject to a 2.7% processing fee.

Registration for Foundations classes (Sewing, Bagmaking, Garment and Quilting) are fully refundable up to 2 weeks before the first class. Within 2 weeks there is no refund or class to class transfers unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist.  Any student requested refund prior to the cancellation date is subject to a 2.7% processing fee.

Registrations for one-time workshops are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the first day of the workshop. Within 7 days there is no refund or class to class transfer unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist. (Please see exclusion below.) Any student requested refund prior to the cancellation date is subject to a 2.7% processing fee.

Exception: Workshops or classes taught by guest teachers are not refundable at any time unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist.
